
A wish to lose weight connects a lot of people. One of the ways is to keep to a diet. But the choice of the diet is very difficult, because most of the diets are long-term. If you want to lose weight and not to put it on again, you should keep a diet all the time. You should choose such diet that won’t be very difficult for you and at the same time, that will effectively help you to lose weight. But you should get all the necessary vitamins and essential nutrients from food. A lot of diets recommend various daily rations that exclude products, which are very difficult to reject. Or otherwise, they prescribe a diet that is unacceptable for people with different health problems. Anyway, before selecting an exact diet, it is recommended to consult a dietarian.
It is advisable to choose a diet with habitual choice of products and eat a little but often. Long pauses without food cause strong hunger, and you’ll be overeating. A small detail, every food intake is not a full-fledged breakfast, dinner or supper, it’s a part of diet recommended daily ration. These recommendations are even in the rules of healthy nutrition. They should be kept if you are going to lose weight, irrespective of the type of chosen diet.
Kremlin diet

The main idea of Kremlin diet is to eat as little food containing carbohydrates as possible. First of all you should reject sweet and flour food, potato, bread, rice. But you are allowed to eat meat, fish, cheese and other food with low carbohydrate content. In Kremlin diet all products are written down in the table according to their carbohydrate content in 100gramms. For example, potato has 16 point, meat – zero. To lose weight, keeping a Kremlin diet, you should see to it that a daily nutrition won’t exceed 40 points. So you are allowed to eat as much meat as you want. But you’ll have to reject sugar. When you lose your weight to desired number of kilos, you may increase the daily norm to 60 points.
This diet is not recommended for people with heart, vessels, stomach and kidney diseases. Kremlin diet is also counter-indicative for pregnant.
Japanese diet

If you keep to a Japanese diet, you can loose 8-10 kg in 13 days. This diet is for 13 days with specifically indicated ration for every day. If you want to get an effect, you should eat exactly as it is indicated, without changing days. This nutrition system causes metabolism changes due to the change of organism rhythm, which allows to lose weight quickly. Japanese diet excludes salt, sugar, alcohol, flour products. Often use of black coffee is very important for losing weight. Unfortunately, this diet can’t be used by people with heart diseases. As for the other drinks, it is recommended to drink only mineral or boiled water. After two weeks you have to get visible results and you can live next 2-3 years without a diet. You can use a habitual nutrition, but you should eat less flour products and salt.
Diets due to the blood group

The essence of the diet, based on the division due to blood groups, is that the blood group is the main factor defining the structure of saliva, digestive juices, i.e. it will influence the choice of products that are easily digested and better assimilated. On this basis healthy products are chosen. Others are neutral or bad for you. According to the blood group, diet allows eating all the products, except for unhealthy, which are badly digested and are saved in adipose tissues. The process of lipopexia decreasing leads to weight loss. You can eat as many healthy products as you like. That’s why this diet is very simple, you don’t have to count calories all the time. You just should avoid unhealthy food, and don’t use neutral ones often. Many products recommended for people with one blood group are contra-indicated for people with other group. For example, second blood group has to avoid all kinds of meat. And otherwise, meat is very good for people with first blood group.
To keep to this diet, you may have to reject such food without which you can’t imagine normal nutrition. But you can eat other food without restrictions. You don’t have to count calories, the ration is quite various. But this diet doesn’t have medical basis. So not everyone can lose weight keeping to this diet, still a lot depends on individual peculiarities of every organism.
Quick diets
Sometimes you want to lose some weight, not much, about a kilo, but in short-terms. For this aim there are quick diets for one-two days. These are usually mono-diets, i.e. the weight is lost due to the use of one low-calorie product. Mono-diets are usually used during the pause in main diet, so called, fasting days. But quick diets can be also used as a main way of weight loss.
Watermelon diet

Watermelon diet is one of the mono-diets. Five days are enough for weight loss. The essence of this diet is to eat only watermelon, 1kilo for every 10 kilos of your weight. You’ll lose about 3 kilos after 5 days. The next 10 days you can use such diet: breakfast - porridge and cheese, lunch – meat or fish with vegetable salad. Supper – watermelon, 0.5 kilo on every 15 of your weight.
Watermelon diet is contra-indicated for people with diabetes and kidney stones. And you have to watch over your health all the period of diet. If you feel bad, it is better to stop and to choose another diet.
Buckwheat diet

Buckwheat diet is one of the mono-diets. It can help to lose weight in short terms. The essence of buckwheat diet is to eat only buckwheat for one or two weeks. It shouldn’t be boiled, but poured with boiling water. The quantity of buckwheat is not restricted. It is very substantial, and one glass of buckwheat will be enough for a day. You can drink only boiled or mineral (non aerated) water. 1% kefir is also recommended, but no more then 1 liter a day.
After the end of the diet, it is better to have a rest for a month and to eat usual food. The advantage of buckwheat diet is that almost everyone can use it, accept for those who doesn’t like buckwheat. There are no more minuses. And if you keep to this diet for the second time, you can lose weight for a long time.
Kefir diet

Another variant of mono-diet is kefir diet. It is recommended to drink only 1 liter of necessarily 1% kefir for 3 days. If it’s too hard for you, you can drink kefir with fruit, vegetables (no more then 1kilo per day) or any meat, fish (no more then 100gramm per day). Then the diet stretches for 6 days. Don’t forget that you can’t use salt of sugar.
Notice that quick diets require not only self-control, to lose weight and not to put in on again, you’ll have to restrict yourself from eating high-calorific food. You can choose a mono-diet due to your own tastes. Don’t use exotic diets. There is a risk of food allergy. It refers not only to mono-diets.
The important part of the weight loss is to distribute the nutrition for the whole day. The diet shouldn’t become a starvation. Correctly distributed diet should seem to be a reduced nutrition. For example, don’t postpone supper till late at night, only if it’s not light. At night all the processes, including digestion, slow down. Of course you wouldn’t want anything for breakfast because the food hasn’t been digested yet. And you’ll fell very hungry by the time of dinner or supper. That’s why you should eat exactly in one and the same time, so that the diet won’t become a torture for you.
If you properly keep to a diet, then you can effectively lose weight. If you feel weakness, maybe this diet doesn’t suit you. Then it is better to choose another one, it’s a very important experience for losing weight. You will feel your organism, understand its needs. Keeping to a proper diet, you should be in a cheerful mood. To lose weight it is sometimes necessary to try few diets.
